| Rank 13 and climbing! We're growing in membership as well yet at a nice pace and keeping it very friendly. We're working harder to coordinate realm defense with the Guinevere Alliance. Read about it in the forums. Also, we're going to be making several more runs to Gunbad so check the schedule and forums regularly for more info! CRAFTING! It's currently a nightmare with the mail system woes we're experiencing. However, our crafters are diligently trying to skill up and provide the goodies you can use. Please check the crafting needs and resources thread to find out who needs what and what can be made. Restructure - The elders and officers are working on a rank restructuring plan to simplify and make more efficient the current ranking system. More info on that is coming soon! | Some queue issues early on but Mythic resolved those fairly quickly. We had a great turnout for CE head start and got the guild formed up and already to rank 2! We had a great time and came out winning a lot more scenarios than we lost no doubt in part to our great teamwork. And this is just the beginning!!! |

| Forum is upgraded, but it's a whole new major revision so now I need to find and/or create a theme. For now only the phpBB3 default theme is available. Bleh... Anyway, let me know if you have any issues with the new forum. |

| So, Warhammer Age of Reckoning has been delayed yet again. Most of us aren't too worried. I, for one, am happy they seem to be concentrating on getting it right the first time. But now what? What do we do in the mean time? A couple of us are trying to defeat the forces of Sauron in Lord of the Rings On-line. If you'd like to join us, please let me know! I can send you a trial key and if it's something you like and stick with, I can get some game credit to boot! We're on the Landroval server. Everyone else is just holding out I think. Some console action, some single-player, and even some web-based games. Anyway, thanks for popping in to Nithingr. We will be heavily active in WAR at release so come join us! In the mean time, all your base are belong to us! |

| I have submitted Nithingr for the Warhammer Online guild beta test. Sure, the game is delayed a few months but that's OK! It means they're really trying hard to put out a finished game instead of what some of the competition have been known to do in the past... In the mean time, please do your homework on Warhammer Online. Get familiar with the world and its people. The more back-story you know the better as well. Warhammer is no random world - it has been around for many years and is well established. Get to know it, and better, post in our Warhammer forum and share! Its still some time away yet, and we gotta have something to play! Some of us have taken the quest to destroy Sauron and The One Ring in Lord of the Rings Online! Come join us on Arkenstone! We're still doing a little Eve, and some a little WoW, and even at least one in Vanguard... Some of us are just waiting for Warhammer. See you in-game! |

| Though Nithingr has been all but inactive in a particular game lately, we're still chit-chatting in the forums and such. Coming up is a little get-together in Vegas too! As far as gaming goes its really across the spectrum. We"ve members recently returned to Camelot, and some still in World of Warcraft... while a couple of us (Myself included) are enjoying Eve Online. However all of us seem to be eagerly anticipating the release of Warhammer, and I find it likely to be the game that reinvigorates Nithingr as an on-line gaming guild. Keep your fingers crossed! I"m excited at the prospects not only of a new quality game with RvR style PvP, but also of our gang of misfits getting back together and having fun once again. That"s it for now. See you in-game! |

| In eager anticipation of the upcoming release of City of Villans, many of us are playing City of Heroes again in lieu of other MMOG"s at the moment. | Dark Age of Camelot - yeah, that's right, good ol' DAoC. A small number of us are playing it again, but this time on a new "Classic" server. Classic meaning No Trials of Atlantis. Also, no buffbots since concentration buffs have a range now. I'm having a blast! Come join us if you're looking for something different yet familiar. Nithingr is still strong in World of Warcraft so if that's your game then we're still there for you. Also, I'd like to direct you again to our guild information page here. | Yeah, that's right. A handful of Nithingr have donned our superhero suits and have begun saving the world one villain at a time in City of Heroes. The game is a year old now and has matured in to a solid MMOG that is a lot of fun. We'd love for you to come join us on Pinnacle. The more the merrier as the old cliche goes! The bulk of Nithingr is still playing on WoW and we also have some in EQ2 as well. Oh yeah, I can't forget Guild Wars! Fun to be had by all! See ya there! Wherever that may be! -Eric | ||

| Just in case we get someone wandering off the highway to visit us here, I figured I"d post in brief what we"re doing lately: World of Warcraft: We"re playing on the Argent Dawn role-play-encouraged server as members of the Horde, the underdog of course. Many have reached level 60 and are just trying to compete with the other pharmers for the uberloot! Everquest 2: A handful of us represent Nithingr on the Antonia Bayle role-play-encouraged server, enjoying the diversity that game world brings. PlanetSide: Yes some of us have taken up the call to arms on Markov under the New Conglomerate flag. The action is fast and furious - just what the doctor ordered if you"re suffering from the gloom of the slow-paced RPGs. ;-) DAoC: Nithingr is nearly extinct on Guinevere, but we have some members that make occasional appearances there. SWG: We"ve abandoned SWG entirely though the upcoming combat changes have raised a few eyebrows of interest. CoH: Nada. The future: No clue. Nothing of note looms on the horizon as far as any gaming changes. Many eagerly await enhancements to WoW and EQ2, and some have just slowed down their game playing a bit in an attempt to prevent the burn-out that often comes from hard-core-gaming. ;-) That's it for now - see you in-game! | That's right, Nithingr is moving to its own domain. The domain nithingr.com has been registered, and www.nithingr.com points to here right now, but will soon be pointing to its own host. Many thanks to the members that donated to help pay for the switch-over. With the new space and bandwidth, theres little excuse for Nithingr.com not becoming a signigicantly more useful site to our friends and members. Just be ready to switch your bookmarks over to the new URL coming soon! |
